I’m responsible for the day to day running of the company, developing our strategy, identifying business opportunities and ensuring that we always deliver great service to our customers. I have over 20 years experience in the retail and customer service industry and am passionate about helping organisations grow through better understanding of their people and customers.

My role as operations manager is to oversee the provision of all our services.  I make sure the we are operating a smooth, efficient service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. With over 10 years experience in the feedback industry I've had the pleasure of working with multinational companies and talented colleagues.

I am responsible for in-house design projects, project lead for employee feedback projects as well as delivering excellent service and support to our customers.  I also assist with the development and testing of our applications.  I love my job because I get to work with well-established global companies on a daily basis!

I am responsible for the success of our clients projects, looking after a wide variety of projects from patient and customer feedback to employee experience.

I enjoy helping clients understand the value in their customer and colleague feedback and relish building relationships with people on a day to day basis.

SALLY FRANCIS

I am responsible for two things, looking after our CEO, Helen as her executive assistant and also assisting with the success of client projects, particularly within the facilities management field.

I enjoy the fact that I can get involved in a wide variety of the business tasks and that the whole team supports each other like a family!

NATASHA MASSEY  

I am the first point of contact for our Drugs Audit clients on a day-to-day basis. I deal with any questions, queries, or requests while supporting all clients to ensure they get the best outcome from their projects.

I enjoy spending time with friends and family outdoors and making the most of the great English weather. 

BILAL ASEEL

I’m responsible for assisting our clients to ensure that they get the maximum use from their digital feedback tools and meet their project objectives. I’m always at the end of the phone on our helpdesk, and I enjoy speaking to a wide range of clients each day. My role also includes creating and designing user-friendly web surveys tailored to our clients’ requirements.

ROB DARGIE

I'm part of the Client Support team for We Love Surveys. I specialise in helping our clients get the most out of our survey platforms and ensure their surveys are setup in the most efficient and effective way possible.

I have a passion for understanding our clients' needs and helping them take their surveys to the next level. I'm always looking for ways to continually improve so that our clients get the best results from their surveys.
