Understanding the experience of social housing tenants is vital to help housing providers ensure the housing and associated services they provide are being delivered as expected.

From April 1st 2023, The Regulator of Social Housing is launching a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. This system will include a set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) that social housing landlords must report on.

People will be able to use these measures to understand how well landlords are doing, providing greater transparency for potential tenants about the property they are considering and its ownership/management.

To help social housing providers meet these new standards, we have created a standard TSM package that will enable any provider easy tools to collect feedback from tenants and clearly understand the results.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures Package Includes:

  • Stylish, mobile friendly, web based survey

  • The 12 tenant perception questions plus optional additional questions

  • Embedded survey translator

  • Microsoft PowerBI Dashboards for live results and fixed PDF report for tenants

  • PDF full report for submission to your board, displayed on your website etc - Key points infographic for distribution to residents

  • PowerBI dashboard for three (3) key users - Live results during any survey campaign

  • Benchmarking in PowerBI compared to Other WLS TSS Clients and other regions from regulator of social housing (once made publicly available)
